Leadership Development

No Small Change

No Small Change was launched in 2016 with the goal of developing future leaders and philanthropists who would help create a more equitable and just world through their actions and charitable giving.

Since then, more than 60 teens have participated in NSC and learned about Jewish values and giving, gender lens philanthropy, fundraising, and strategic grantmaking. They have also given away over $65,000 in grants to local, national, and Israeli organizations.

In addition to gaining valuable leadership skills and knowledge, teens are also building friendships, having fun, and earning service hours.

NSC is open to self-identified girls in 9th - 12th grade who want to collaboratively make an impact on their community and learn valuable leadership skills.

There is a $125 participation fee due upon acceptance into the program. NSC participants are also required to raise $250 in donations to contribute to the giving circle for their grantmaking.
